Manager quality systems

The program on preparation for qualifying exam for personnel certification in specialty "manager of quality systems" according to the requirements of European organization for quality to the scheme of personnel certification and registration ratified by European commission

Preparing managers of quality systems competent in all methodologies, technologies and methods applicable in quality management including those which pertain to ISO 9001, 9004.

Target audience:

directors of companies, supervisors of departments, supervisors of quality services, supervisors of management system departments at enterprises.

Purpose of the program:

• Quality systems manager must be capable to develop, launch, gradually introduce, support functioning and improve the quality system which would meet the preset requirements.
• Quality systems manager must be capable to act as a representative of management responsible for the quality system within the organization, to promote and actuate the achievement of meeting the requirements of the customers within the framework of organization.
• Quality systems manager must be capable to organize and ensure the audit process, act as internal auditor, including checks (audit) of clients and evaluation of subcontractors.
• Quality systems manager must be capable to participate as a partner of external entities (organizations) in questions (projects), related to management systems.
