Certification of accountants CAP/CIPA

International business school "Nikland" is a training-provider of the Program on international certification of accountants CIPA.

Program CIPA is a single all-embracing Russian-language program of international certification of professional accountants. The name of the program is an abbreviation of English name of the certificate CIPA (Certified International Professional Accountant). The owners of certificate CAP/CIPA obtain the right to add the name of the certificate to its signature which corresponds to the international practice.
The program CIPA was founded in 2001 by the International Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors (MSSBA) with support of US Agency on international development (USAID).

The program provides two levels of certification:

1. CAP (Certified Accounting Practitioner).

CAP is acquainted with all the spheres of accounting, can conduct accounting system of enterprise and form all major types of reports, including tax declarations.

For receipt of CAP-level certificate it is necessary to take studying and successfully pass exams on following courses:

• financial accounting – 1
• management accounting – 1
• tax and law

2. CIPA (Certified International Professional Accountant).
CIPA is capable to use professional judgment regarding the questions of financial management and take part the management decisions.

For receipt of the CIPA-level certificate it is necessary to take studying and successfully pass exams on following courses:

• financial accounting - 1
• management accounting - 1
• financial accounting – 2
• management accounting – 2
• tax and law
• audit
• financial management
• management information systems

The participants of the program on their consent can take exams in any sequences and not necessarily all complex of exams in a single exam session.
